Returns & Refunds policy
Royal Level Solutions, LLC provides paid advisory services.
Due to the nature of advisory services, the following refund terms apply:
Payment secures your session time and review preparation.
Sessions may be rescheduled with at least 48 hours’ notice.
No refunds are provided once a session has occurred.
Failure to attend a scheduled session without notice constitutes a forfeited session.
Written summaries delivered after session completion are considered fulfillment of service.
Refund requests prior to a scheduled session may be considered at our discretion.
All decisions regarding refunds are final.
