What equipment will I need to get started?

Can I Work from anywhere?

You must legally reside in the United States and must be 18 years or older. You can provide your services from anywhere that is open to new applications. If you move, you can bring your work with you! How many jobs can you say that about?

*Currently we are not accepting new applicants from the following states and an agent cannot move to these states and provide service: California, Connecticut, Maryland, Massachusetts, New York, Oregon and Wisconsin.

Will I be an employee?

No, you are your own boss! You are a Self-Employed Independent Contractor. You are responsible for your own taxes. You will receive a Form 1099-MISC at the end of the year if you earned $600 or more.

As an Independent Contractor you are not employed by Royal Level Solutions, LLC or Arise Virtual Solutions. You are responsible for paying applicable Federal, State, or local taxes. You are not eligible for unemployment, overtime or benefits and are responsible for your own retirement savings.

What are the costs to get started?

In order to partner with Royal Level Solutions, LLC, and be given the opportunity to provide your services to clients, you must complete the following which is considered your investment into your own business.

  1. Certification Course for the client you choose - FREE!

  2. $30 background check fee (paid to Arise Virtual Solutions).

Are background checks required?

Yes, Arise requires a background check on all Independent Contractors. The cost of the background check is $30.00.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION REGARDING BACKGROUND CHECKS

Please note: a credit freeze will delay the process. If you have frozen your credit, you will have to temporarily lift the credit freeze with Experian. You do not need to lift the freeze at the other credit bureaus. Please lift the freeze for a minimum of 10 days. You will need to wait at least 24 hours before attempting the background check. If you have recently changed your name, it may delay or disrupt the background check. Please make sure that full and correct legal name is included in your profile and provided in the background check step. Also, please ensure Experian is aware of your name change. Arise uses a background check vendor to complete the background checks. Under certain circumstances, the background check vendor may reach out to you to clarify your information. Your prompt response to the background check vendor will accelerate the process of completing your background check and enrollment.

Will I have to pay fees?

Arise Platform Usage Fee - You are also responsible for the Arise fee of 0.05% per service period. This fee is charged for the infrastructure that Arise provides, including the Arise 24-Hour Client Technical Support Help Desk, Starmatic® scheduling system.

Note: Platform Usage fee is not charged until the first invoice period after an Independent Contractor begins servicing.

​​We charge a flat fee of $40.00 per service period.

How long before I can start working and earning a paycheck?

Once you complete the admissions process and join the Royal Level Solutions, LLC team, you then choose a client certification course. Certification courses are released at different times. Certification courses typically last 2-4 weeks. Upon successful completion of the certification course, you start making money.

Because you are self-employed, you are in control over when and how much you work. Choose a client that has a contract that meets your needs. If you need to provide your services only during the daytime or would like a client that is open 24/7, you can choose to do so.

How and when will I be paid?

You are paid via direct deposit on the 1st and 15th of every month.

How many hours must I commit to each week?

Minimum Hours: To remain active, you are required to work a minimum of 15 hours per week. However, some clients may have specific requirements that could increase the minimum.

Flexibility: We encourage you to manage your schedules around the minimum hours and any additional requirements from the client. This flexibility is one of the benefits of working on the Arise platform.

Client-Specific Needs: Please review the opportunity announcement provided by your selected client for minimum hour requirements.

Will I be paid during certification?

Yes. Arise now pays for certification. Certification is free, and depending on the client program you select, it typically takes 2–4 weeks to complete certification.

Can I service more than one client?

Yes! You can service more than one client! Please note that you will be required to service at least 15 hours a week for each client.

How do I switch to Royal Level Solutions LLC, while currently enrolled in a certification course?

First you must request your current company to release you. Then you can notify Arise that you have joined a new company by following these steps:

· Click on the link that says Join an Arise-Affiliated Corporation (this will only appear after you are released from your current company).

· Enter Service Partner number 1175410 for Royal Level Solutions, LLC.

**Please note that changing companies during class may impact attendance. To avoid impacts, you may prefer to wait until class ends.

How do I switch to Royal Level Solutions, LLC, while actively servicing a client?

First you must request your current company to release you. Then you can notify Arise that you have joined a new company by following these steps:

· Click on the link that says Join an Arise-Affiliated Corporation (this will only appear after you are released from your current company).

· Enter Service Partner number 1175410 for Royal Level Solutions, LLC.

· Once you have joined, we will send a request to reactivate your SOW. It may take several days for this to complete.
