Frequently asked questions

What equipment will I need to get started?

Equipment and system requirements are established by the third-party virtual servicing platform and the specific client program you select.

A detailed overview is available here. System requirements are also outlined within each client opportunity announcement and must be reviewed prior to enrollment.

Most client programs require:

• A wired (hard-connected) high-speed internet connection
• A desktop or laptop computer that meets specified hardware requirements
• A wired USB headset
• A wired keyboard and mouse

Wireless connections — including Wi-Fi internet, wireless keyboards, and wireless mice — are not permitted for servicing.

Contractors are responsible for ensuring their equipment meets all applicable requirements before enrolling in a client certification course.

Can I Work from anywhere?

Independent contractors must be legally authorized to work in the United States and must be at least 18 years of age.

You may provide services from any U.S. state where applications are currently being accepted and where platform and client program requirements permit participation.

If you relocate, you may continue providing services provided your new state of residence is eligible under current program and regulatory guidelines.

At this time, Royal Level Solutions, LLC is not accepting new applicants residing in the following states, and contractors may not provide services from these states:

California, Colorado, Connecticut, Illinois, Maryland, Massachusetts, Minnesota, New Jersey, New York, Oregon, Pennsylvania, Vermont, Washington, Wisconsin, and the District of Columbia.

State eligibility is subject to change based on platform requirements, client program guidelines, or regulatory considerations.

Will I be an employee?

No. Individuals providing services through Royal Level Solutions, LLC do so as independent contractors.

Independent contractors are not employees of Royal Level Solutions, LLC or of any third-party platform or client program.

Contractors are responsible for their own federal, state, and local tax obligations. If required by law, a Form 1099-NEC will be issued for reportable nonemployee compensation.

Independent contractors are not eligible for employee benefits, unemployment insurance, overtime pay, or employer-sponsored retirement plans.

The relationship between Royal Level Solutions, LLC and each contractor is governed by the Independent Contractor Agreement (ICA) and applicable Statement of Work (SOW).

What are the costs to get started?

Independent contractors enrolling in available client programs through third-party virtual servicing platforms may incur certain startup costs.

Typical initial costs include:

• Client Certification Course – Many client certification courses are offered at no cost; however, availability and pricing are determined by the platform and client program.

• Background Check Fee – Approximately $30, paid directly to the platform provider or its authorized vendor (if required by the selected program).

Additional costs such as equipment, internet service, or optional certifications may apply depending on the client program selected.

Contractors are responsible for reviewing all program requirements and associated costs prior to enrollment.

Are background checks required?

Many client programs offered through third-party virtual servicing platforms require a background check as part of the enrollment process.

Background checks are processed by the platform provider or its authorized external vendor. Any associated fee (typically approximately $30, but subject to change) is paid directly to the platform provider — not to Royal Level Solutions, LLC.

If you have a credit freeze, recent name change, or incomplete identifying information, processing may be delayed. Contractors are responsible for ensuring accurate information is submitted and for monitoring their enrollment status within the platform.

Enrollment in client programs is contingent upon successfully passing any required background screening.

Will I have to pay fees?

Independent contractors servicing through third-party virtual marketplace platforms may be subject to platform usage fees assessed by that platform. These fees typically cover system access, technology support, and scheduling infrastructure.

Royal Level Solutions, LLC may also assess a separate administrative or support fee related to onboarding, document management, and contractor support services.

All applicable fees are disclosed prior to servicing and may vary depending on the program selected.

Independent contractors are responsible for reviewing all fee disclosures before accepting a servicing opportunity.

Fee amounts and calculation methods are outlined in the applicable service agreement or Statement of Work (SOW), if applicable.

How long before I can begin providing services and earning income?

After completing the admissions process with Royal Level Solutions, LLC, you may select an available client certification course offered through a third-party virtual servicing platform.

Certification courses are released at various times and typically last 2–4 weeks, depending on the client program.

Many client programs provide compensation during certification, subject to successful participation and completion requirements outlined in the applicable service agreement or Statement of Work (SOW). Compensation structure, rates, and payment timelines vary by program.

As an independent contractor, you control your availability. Each client program outlines its own servicing hours and requirements, allowing you to select opportunities that align with your preferred schedule (e.g., daytime-only or 24/7 servicing availability).

How and when will I be paid?

Royal Level Solutions, LLC distributes contractor compensation via electronic deposit on the 1st and 15th of each month.

Further payment terms and conditions, including invoice periods and distribution details, are outlined in the applicable Statement of Work (SOW) provided upon program assignment.

All payments are made in accordance with the Independent Contractor Agreement (ICA) and applicable SOW.

How many hours must I commit each week?

Minimum servicing hours are determined by the specific client program you select.

Many client programs require a minimum number of servicing hours per week (for example, 15 hours), while others may require more depending on business needs. These requirements are outlined in the applicable service agreement or Statement of Work (SOW).

As an independent contractor, you choose which client program to service. By accepting a program, you agree to meet that program’s minimum servicing commitments.

Please review each opportunity announcement carefully before enrolling to ensure the minimum hour requirements align with your availability.

Contractors who do not meet the minimum servicing commitments outlined in their selected client program may be subject to SOW termination.

Will I be paid during certification?

Yes. Certification courses are now paid opportunities through the servicing platform.

Can I service more than one client?

Yes. Independent contractors may choose to enroll in more than one available client program, provided they are able to meet each program’s servicing requirements.

Each client program establishes its own minimum servicing hour commitments. By enrolling in a program, you agree to fulfill that program’s required minimum hours and performance standards.

Before enrolling in multiple programs, carefully review each opportunity announcement to ensure you can meet all applicable servicing commitments.
