Can I Work from anywhere?
You must legally reside in the United States and must be 18 years or older. You can provide your services from anywhere that is open to new applications. If you move, you can bring your work with you! How many jobs can you say that about?
*Currently we are not accepting new applicants from the following states and an agent cannot move to these states and provide service: California, Colorado, Connecticut, Illinois, Maryland, Massachusetts, Minnesota, New Jersey, New York, Oregon, Pennsylvania, Vermont, Washington, Wisconsin and District of Columbia

Will I be an employee?
No, you are your own boss! You are a Self-Employed Independent Contractor. You are responsible for your own taxes. You will receive a Form 1099-MISC at the end of the year if you earned $600 or more.
As an Independent Contractor you are not employed by Royal Level Solutions, LLC or the platform provider. You are responsible for paying applicable Federal, State, or local taxes. You are not eligible for unemployment, overtime or benefits and are responsible for your own retirement savings.
What are the costs to get started?
In order to partner with Royal Level Solutions, LLC, and be given the opportunity to provide your services to clients, you must complete the following which is considered your investment into your own business.

Certification Course for the client you choose - FREE!
$30 background check fee (paid to the platform provider).
Are background checks required?
Yes, The cost of the background check is $30.00 and is paid directly to the platform provider.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION REGARDING BACKGROUND CHECKS
Background checks are processed by an external vendor. If you have a credit freeze or recent name change, it may delay processing.
Will I have to pay fees?
A small platform usage fee is charged each service period to cover system support, scheduling, and technical resources provided by the servicing platform.
How long before I can start working and earning a paycheck?
Once you complete the admissions process and join the Royal Level Solutions, LLC team, you then choose a client certification course. Certification courses are released at different times. Certification courses typically last 2-4 weeks. Upon successful completion of the certification course, you start making money.
Because you are self-employed, you are in control over when and how much you work. Choose a client that has a contract that meets your needs. If you need to provide your services only during the daytime or would like a client that is open 24/7, you can choose to do so.
How and when will I be paid?
You are paid via direct deposit on the 1st and 15th of every month.
How many hours must I commit to each week?
Minimum Hours: To remain active, you are required to work a minimum of 15 hours per week. However, some clients may have specific requirements that could increase the minimum.
Flexibility: We encourage you to manage your schedules around the minimum hours and any additional requirements from the client. This flexibility is one of the benefits of working on the platform.
Client-Specific Needs: Please review the opportunity announcement provided by your selected client for minimum hour requirements.
Will I be paid during certification?
Yes. Certification courses are now paid opportunities through the servicing platform.
Can I service more than one client?
Yes! You can service more than one client! Please note that you will be required to service at least 15 hours a week for each client.
