Home Office Must Haves

To ensure full compatibility with our partnered platforms (including Arise), here’s what you’ll need:

• Computer: Desktop or Laptop (Windows 11 minimum 8GB RAM (16GB would be ideal), i5 processor or equivalent) mac is not acceptable

• Headset: USB headset with noise-canceling microphone (no Bluetooth or wireless)

• Internet: Wired Ethernet connection (no Wi-Fi), minimum 10 Mbps download / 3 Mbps upload

• Phone: Some opportunities require a landline — VoIP is not always accepted

• Cell Phone: Used to authenticate user sign in to client applications

• Monitors: Dual monitors or an ultra-wide monitor are strongly recommended

• Workspace: Quiet, dedicated space free from background noise or distractions
