Role Overview

Royal Level Solutions, LLC, partners with independent contractors to provide customer support for leading companies in industries such as retail, travel, hospitality, and healthcare.

This is a contract role. You will represent client programs, handle inbound inquiries, and deliver professional customer experiences from your home office.

Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat.

  • Provide accurate information and resolve issues effectively.

  • Follow client policies and meet program performance standards.

Requirements

  • Must be 18 years or older.

  • Able to pass a background check.

Technical Setup

  • Desktop or laptop with Windows 11.

  • High-speed wired internet connection (Wi-Fi not supported).

  • USB headset with noise-canceling microphone.

  • Quiet distraction free work environment

Skills

  • Clear communication (written and verbal).

  • Ability to multitask and solve problems.

  • Prior customer service experience preferred but not required.

Contract Details

  • This is a 1099 independent contractor opportunity (not employment).

  • Earnings vary by client program, performance, and hours serviced.
